Information following the article 13 of Decreto Legislativo 196/2003 (Personal data protection)

Following the article 13 of Decreto Legislativo 30 giugno 2003,n. 196 (Personal data protection), MAGEX SRL, in quality of personal data holder, supply the following informations:

1. All personal data that you type will be used from Magex srl with the target of ive you informations about our services and our opportunities of purchase that you have choosed;
2. data management will be done from authorised people, with IT procedures, able to protect your data;
3. personal data are useful to do our service; in case of absence of them we are unable to do our service;
4. data management is an action done from the Holder and from Charge;
5. data will not sent to third parts;
6. all interested people can use article 7 of cited Code particularly the right of data management, to ask modifications, data update and deletion, if incomplete, wrong or collect not respecting the law, and can block the data management for legitimate reason, sending arequest to the data Holder
7. the data owner is the service Manager Miriam Dani;
